EXPRESS COMPUTER COLLEGE
OBJECTIVES
Express Computer college is devoted to the professional and technical development of each student. Preparation for employment in information technology is the institute's ultimate goal.

GRADING POLICY
At the end of each course segment, each student is assigned final letter grade as follows.

MARKS % GRADE GRADE RESULT
80-100 A DISTINCTION
70-79 B+ UPPER CREDIT
60-69 B CREDIT
50-59 C LOWER CREDIT
45-49 D PASS
40-44 E RESIT
BELOW 40 F FAIL
Student with grades of A, B, and C are considered to have successfully completed the course and are eligible to pursue other program(s). However a student with grade below D in all courses is automatically place on probation, which gives room for improvement.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
Only through regular and uninterrupted attendance can a student gain the knowledge and expertise to be successful in the Information Technology Industry.

For this reason, students are expected to be regular, punctual and be serious minded in the class for each session of instruction. If there is need for absenteeism the authority should be duly informed.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
Based on the success of her programme, Express Computer College has a good reputation with the members of the public (far and near). To ensure that only qualified applicants are accepted for training, the following factors are carefully considered prior to acceptance by the academy.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
JSSC, BSC, HND, NCE, OND, WASCE or GCE

MOTIVATIONS
Of prime Importance is the student’s desire to succeed and thus, evidence of willingness to make those sacrifices necessary to successful completion of the computer training program.

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT
Payment of the tuition fees can be made once or Instalmentally. The first payment should be a minimum of 50% and the remaining balance should be paid on a monthly basis. This will make the tuition fees automatically balance up at the end of the computer programme. Any student defaulting in his/her payment will not be allowed neither into the classroom nor computer laboratory. All students must comply to avoid any embarrassment.
